b2b1 Print Solutions Ltd started as a “trade” printing company in 2001 based in Stockport just outside Manchester. The business grew organically, until in 2006 when we acquired an ailing carton manufacturer which happened to be in the next business unit along. The result was an ideal combination, and we soon developed into a specialist carton manufacturer, combining high quality print made into good quality packaging. Fast forward to today and we now proudly boast of servicing customers from virtually all market sectors, including Giftware & Houseware, Catering & Foodstuffs, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Automotive and personal grooming products.

We are still in the same two units today and our 40,000 sq. ft. factory gives us the capacity to produce all our cartons under one roof ensuring that we have greater control and flexibility over costs and production, giving us the competitive edge necessary in today’s business climate.

One of our strengths is that we guide our customers to choose the best style of carton and material for their product, so, once the customer has placed their order, we can provide a trial sample which will show the product housed in a finished carton. It might be that at this point the sample carton may not be suitable, and we may advise that a different material or style would suit the product better.

We also offer our customers the benefit of printing either directly onto a solid folding box board, or to have the print litho-laminated onto corrugated board. Having these two options again helps us offer the best type of packaging that suits our customer’s needs.

It’s worth noting that all the material we use for our cartons is purchased from responsible sources and suppliers as we are mindful of helping to protect the environment. Over 90% of the cartons are recyclable and the vast majority are 100% biodegradable.
