Our B1-format 5-colour carton press runs in-line UV coating and an accelerated drying system — print, coat, and dry in a single pass. That means the job lands on the finishing floor the same day it’s printed: no batch-and-wait between stages, no shipping wet sheets to a coater, no two-day air-cure window. Water-based emulsions, UV inks, and high-gloss UV lacquers all run on the same line, so finish choices don’t add lead time. One press. Every coating. Same-day handover.

WHERE THIS WORK GOES

Colour-managed to standard.
Every job is colour-managed against ISO 12647-2 process standards — the same colour reference used by brands and pre-press houses worldwide, so what you sign off as a proof is what arrives on the press. Our work is ISO 9001:2015 quality-managed end-to-end, FSC-certified for material chain-of-custody, and produced in our Made in Britain Stockport facility.
