From flat sheet to formed carton.
Folding and gluing is the last production step before the carton ships — what comes in is a printed, die-cut, creased flat sheet; what comes out is a formed carton ready for filling and packing. Three folder/gluer/taper machines means we can run multiple jobs in parallel, so a high-volume retail run doesn’t push your bespoke order to the back of the queue.

Folder/gluer/taper machines running in parallel — capacity for multiple carton jobs at once, without bottlenecks.
Most printers run one folder/gluer and queue everything through it. We run three. That means a 50,000-carton retail run can be folding on machine one while a 2,000-piece bespoke order runs on machine two and a sample batch sets up on machine three. Capacity for parallel work is what keeps our lead times tight, especially in busy production windows.

Every carton runs through quality-check before despatch — fold registration, glue line integrity, no missed seams, no over-application. Misformed cartons get pulled before they hit the dock. Our work is ISO 9001:2015 quality-managed end-to-end, FSC-certified for material chain-of-custody, and produced in our Made in Britain Stockport facility.
