Bespoke point-of-sale, designed and made in Stockport.

Point of sale, made in Stockport.
Bespoke retail displays — free-standing units (FSDUs), counter-top displays, dump-bins, totems, and shelf-edge fixtures — engineered, printed, and finished end-to-end at our Stockport factory. Every structure starts as a CAD model, is prototyped in white-board for physical sign-off, then runs through the same B1 5-colour press and Bobst finishing line that produce our folding cartons. Where the show face needs premium print on heavier board, we use litho-lamination. One factory. One supply chain. One campaign-ready display.
- 01Engineered in CAD, prototyped in white-board — sign off the structure before plate, no surprises in production.
- 02Premium B1 5-colour print on the show face — colour-critical brand work that holds up on retail floor.
- 03Ship-flat assembly — no on-site tools, lower freight, faster store rollout across multi-site campaigns.
THE SPEC
Capabilities & specifications.
A baseline of what we routinely engineer, print, and finish for retail-floor displays — the spec list buyers compare against when shortlisting a POS manufacturer. Structural design is the first line, not the last. Anything outside this range, ask: bespoke is the default, not the exception.
- Output formatsFree-standing display units (FSDUs) · counter-top displays (CDUs) · dump-bins · totems · shelf-edge / barker / wobbler fixtures

- PrototypingPhysical white-board sample before plate — sign off the structure in-hand
- Print formatB1 sheet — 700×1000mm — sets the maximum single-panel show face
- Print colours5 process + spot colour (Pantone-matched)
- Show-face finishesWater-based emulsion · UV gloss · high-gloss UV lacquer · [TBC — soft-touch, foil, emboss?]
- SubstratesE-flute · B-flute · microflute corrugated · solid board · greyboard · Die-cuttingBobst inline · hand-fed for short runs / awkward cuts · intricate hand finishing
- AssemblyShip-flat, no on-site tools — where structurally possible
- Run lengths[TBC — POS routinely shorter than carton runs; one-off campaign work and short-run handled]
- Lead time[TBC — typical brief-to-despatch; structural design adds time vs. a stock-shape carton]
END-TO-END, IN-HOUSE
Under one roof.
Every bespoke POS unit moves through four stages without leaving the building. Structural design turns the brief into a manufacturable display — engineered in CAD, prototyped in white-board, signed off in-hand. Then the B1 press, the Bobst die-cutter, and the finishing line take the approved structure to a printed, finished, packed display. No outsourced fabrication, no third-party finishing.

BUILT FOR
Industries we print for.
Point of sale work supports campaign-led retail across these sectors — from beauty-hall counter units to checkout dump-bins, supermarket totems to dealership accessory displays.
The production journey.
Brief
Share the campaign, retail context, dimensions, run quantity, and any branding constraints. We come back with a quote, a sample timeline, and a structural direction.
Sample
CAD model first, then a physical white-board prototype for in-hand sign-off. Structure signed off before any plate is made or board is cut.
Production
Print, die-cut, finish, pack. Despatched flat for in-store assembly on the agreed date — every unit tracked from press to dock.
Typical lead time: [TBC — X working days from approved artwork and structure to despatch].
Trusted brands.
“[ Testimonial placeholder — typically 30–60 words from a brand or category manager who commissioned a POS run: what they ordered (FSDU, counter-top unit, dump-bin), what made it harder than usual (campaign deadline, multi-site rollout, structural complexity, colour-critical brand match), what we delivered, what they took away. Aim for a quote that names a measurable outcome (rollout hit on date, all-store deployment, structural sign-off in one round) rather than a generic ‘great service’. ]”
